Simply click Enroll at the top of this website, enter your zip code, select your community, and enter your contact information. Your approval to live in the community automatically qualifies you to enroll in PropertyProtect.
PropertyProtect offers personal contents coverage up to $5,000. The coverage extends to specified named perils and may be narrower than a traditional renters insurance policy. With most renters insurance policies, the insurance company requires you to obtain liability insurance when obtaining insurance for your contents. Liability insurance covers damage to the apartment and building at the apartment community. However, your community does not require liability insurance. PropertyProtect provides a contents only policy, which allows you to protect your belongings without having to purchase the liability coverage.

PropertyProtect will cover the belongings for you, your spouse, and children in your apartment home. If your roommates would like to have the separate coverage for their contents, each roommate should purchase their own coverage.
